A guide to our country stores

This hub provides information about the brand and links to its country stores. Purchases are made on the selected store, where the applicable product information, pricing, availability, delivery and returns terms are shown. Store-card delivery thresholds refer to goods totals after discounts. Check the selected store for the current offer before buying.

Product information

Ranges differ by country. A category shown here does not mean every product is available in every store. Equipment is not a guarantee of safety or a complete emergency plan. Read the exact product description and manufacturer instructions. Food, drinking water, batteries and other contents are included only when expressly stated on the product page.

Emergencies and questions

For an immediate emergency, contact your local emergency services and follow official local guidance. Do not rely on an unreceived order for immediate emergency needs. For order or website questions, contact the relevant country store.

Your rights

Nothing on this hub removes rights that applicable law gives you. For purchases, consult the terms and policies of the store where you place the order.
